A new way to work with me one-to-one
In March, I shared that Wild Prompts would become monthly as I introduced new offerings.
After a spring trip to the USA and a move to Edinburgh in May, I’m happy to share the first of these new offerings.
This is a new way to work with me one-to-one.
Introducing…Creative Constellations (which, btw, are not family or systemic constellations).
I do love a deep dive, and so that’s exactly what this new offering is. An opportunity to pause and look under the surface to discover the connecting threads that run through your lived experience.

WHAT ARE CREATIVE CONSTELLATIONS SESSIONS?
Creative Constellations are online guided explorations in which we explore the living story of your life to help you make sense of it and your journey so far.
Through a Creative Constellations session, you learn how to let your own life story become your best teacher.
These are bespoke sessions, a bit like a personal, immersive workshop, for people called to do a deep dive into the ecosystem of their lives.
A session is designed to help you understand the deeper meaning of your life experiences by uncovering the undercurrent of stories that travel with you, to gain a new perspective and a clearer sense of purpose.
From here, you will begin to see and lead from The Language of You1, which is your specific essence, your ‘flavour’ or vibe. It is made of all the things that make you, you (the ecosystem of you). Deeper than that, it is the unspoken, unseen (by others) world of your inner life shown to you through symbols, stories and dreams.
We look to your own life story as a guide to explore the creative chaos, to find places of density and light, to encounter aliveness and joy, and to emerge with a map that highlights the important themes and golden threads of your lived experience.
A Creative Constellations session lets you see your life’s bigger picture, helps you value yourself and what you offer, and builds self-trust and self-worth.
There’s a certain kind of ‘magic’ that also happens…something imbued in everything I do. This field of ‘magic’ will help you to release your version of magic, in your own way.
WHO ARE SESSIONS FOR?
Creative Constellations are for adults (18+) who need recalibration towards what is true.
You might find yourself drawn to a session for some of the following reasons:
You’re at a threshold in your life, and wondering what now?
You’d love someone to guide you back to the essence (Language) of you and to see and understand the bigger themes unfolding in your life.
You feel that you’ve lost touch with the deeper sense of who you are.
You’re not clear on what creative direction to move towards.
You’re looking back on the chaos of your life and can’t make sense of what it all means.
You want to contribute and make a difference, but you’re not sure what your ‘thing’ (or your next ‘thing’) is.
You’re drawn to work with me and sense there’s medicine here for you without knowing the why/what/how (this is often how people arrive at my door).
HOW IT WORKS
During sessions, we work and play with questions, maps and constellations to explore the creative journey of your life so far. We look for patterns that light up through life themes, studies, jobs, careers, the wider field of influence, and current areas of aliveness and curiosity. We uncover connections, possibilities, hope and potential.
This is depth work.
Practically speaking, we’ll play together on large pieces of paper to gather your constellations, which act as maps pointing you towards the undercurrent of themes in your life.
These sessions offer high-level energetic insight, pulling clarity from chaos to help you discover the golden threads of your story.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Creative Constellations Sessions are bespoke one-off mentoring sessions with options for follow-up sessions, which include:
A 2.5-hour online session (there will be natural body-awareness-movement breaks throughout, plus a short break halfway through).
The paper copy of your constellation map, which we’ll create during the session, will be posted to your home address.* This is where the creative goodness and aliveness live…the map will be messy and handwritten - where the beautiful chaos of brain-heart-storming happens.
A post-session ‘recap’ (by email) with a short list of your golden threads and any other resources I think you may find useful to make your next steps forward. I’ll also email you digital photos of the map.
Optional follow-up sessions will be available.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
For the entire months of June and July, I’m offering these immersive sessions at an introductory price. The regular investment is £180, and the introductory offer is £145.
