I'm delighted to finally share my new online home with you!

FOR WOMEN WHO WRITE - Writing & Self-Discovery Mentorship For Women Who Write (or would like to).

My new offerings are for women who write, who want to write, or who feel called to use writing as an explorative tool to discover more of who they are. However, you don't need to be *a writer* (professional or otherwise) to participate in programmes or workshops - as the emphasis is on using writing as a form of creative expression. 

I've felt a growing desire for a long time to simplify my business, my offerings and online home. And here we are! My new website is simple, reflects my love of nature - it's easier to navigate - and, I hope, a pleasure to explore. Take a look here - and please let me know what you think!

THE WRITING LIFE

In my heart and in practice, I've always been a writer; of stories, songs, poetry, articles, blogs, newsletters, emails, marketing content. Of never-ending texts and handwritten poetry books embossed with roses and tied with ribbon, of magical stories and funny children's poems, and...a spiritual self-discovery book.

I write everyday; I write for joy, for discovery, for processing emotions and challenging experiences, I write to share my thoughts, my heart and experiences, my opinions and my knowledge. I write to connect with myself and with others. I write to reach depths within myself that I cannot access by other means. I write to become more present in my environment - to notice what is here, now. I write to explore my imagination and other worlds, I write to feel free.

For me, writing is medicine. And I know it is and can be for others too.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Through the programmes and workshops I'll offer, I will be weaving in my 14 years experience of working as a mentor, facilitator and guide in the field of women's empowerment, personal, spiritual and creative development and cycle awareness - so, you can expect creative and connective experiences!

Group programmes are open to people who enjoy self-inquiry and self-discovery, who want to creatively expand and explore meaningful themes together.
